Kevin Riley, Founder

Kevin Riley is the Founder of Environmental Testing Associates. Kevin assembled leaders from within the environmental industry and brought together experienced business professionals to create a company that offers a comprehensive, practical approach to residential and commercial environmental assessments. Mr. Riley holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

Kevin’s hobbies include golfing, riding his Harley, Michigan State sports, and spending time with his family.

Gregory S. Chudacoff, Esq., Corporate Counsel

Greg Chudacoff is corporate counsel and co-founder of Environmental Testing Associates. Greg graduated Pepperdine Law School in 1981 in the top 5% of his graduating class and was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumers Attorneys of California, and the Consumers Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior court and also serves as a Judge Pro-Tem. Greg combines a background in business and tort litigation with his expertise in the environmental industry to provide invaluable assistance for ETA clients.

Gregory S. Saenz, Ph.D.

Dr. Saenz has conducted hundreds of individual microbial inspections. Dr. Saenz has experience with general microbial issues (bacterial and fungal) related to water intrusions and sewage backups and related sampling. Other areas of investigation include odors, particulates, fiberglass, and insects (bedbugs and carpet beetles). Preciously, Dr. Saenz directed the Microbiology Laboratory at LA Testing (EMSL Analytical, Inc.) South Pasadena from March 2002 to January 2007. He has experience in fungal, bacterial, water, Legionella, allergen, and endotoxin analyses. Dr. Saenz earned his doctorate in Plant Biology from the University of California Berkeley, specializing in mycology. Dr. Saenz has conducted post-doctoral research at the University of New Mexico and with Cornell University in cooperation with the agribusiness company, Syngenta. He has taught mycology and has published papers in several peer-reviewed journals. In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Denise, and his children, Amanda and Daniel.

John Mitchell, Senior Investigator

Mr. Mitchell has over twenty years experience in the Environmental field. He is a Certified California Asbestos Consultant, Department of Public Health Lead Inspector Assessor and certified in lead inspection. He has conducted project management and environmental testing on a wide range of large scale commercial and residential projects. His expertise is prevalent in not only how well he interacts with clients, but also in how calmly and efficiently he handles all projects. Mr. Mitchell’s extensive experience, coupled with his expertise, makes him a valuable member of the ETA team. In his spare time, this Navy veteran enjoys being physically active and exploring the great outdoors.

Alyssa Hamel, Executive Assistant

Alyssa has been a valued member of the ETA team since 2010. Her outgoing personality and professionalism have made her an asset to the company, allowing her to effectively communicate and engage with our clients. Native Southern Californian, Alyssa received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Channel Islands. Outside of the office, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, coaching cheerleading, and going to Disneyland as often as she can.

Jeannie La Croix, Account Executive

Jeanie La Croix is the Account Executive for Environmental Testing Associates. Her business development experience over the past ten years, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, have allowed her to expand existing clientele bases while promoting growth through a goal-driven and solutions-oriented base platform. With her outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, Jeanie not only establishes lasting client relationships, but also is recognized as a decisive leader and reliable team player by her coworkers and peers.
In her free time, Jeanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and their daughter, Brianna. Time permitting she enjoys listening to music, stained glass projects, NBA games, college volleyball and cooking. .

Julie Weber-Riley

Julie has been with the company since its inception and is responsible for the overall office operations. Prior to joining ETA, Julie worked in doctors’ offices where she enjoyed working with people and patients. This experience provided Julie with compassion and has enabled her to help ETA’s clients during stressful events that often call for testing services.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, walking, and is certified in Pilates.
